THE THREE ANALYSES

Three questions. One strategic picture.

Built from your PRD: Analysis 1 and 2 remain independent until Analysis 3 deliberately brings them together. fileciteturn0file0L501-L508

01

Community Intelligence

Who lives around this church? What can the available evidence tell us about households, age, education, work, economic conditions, culture, services and local context?

Evidence + uncertainty
02

Church Capacity Audit

What does this church genuinely have: people, leaders, skills, time, money, rooms, relationships, assets, culture and willingness to change?

Facts + perceptions
A DIFFERENT KIND OF AI

Code calculates. AI explains.

The system is designed so the language model does not invent numbers or sources. Deterministic calculations produce the evidence package; the AI writes only from that package, while claim checks and human review provide additional controls.

DESIGNED FOR TRUST

No magic growth score.

Parish Compass deliberately avoids ranking churches or promising growth. Recommendations must pass capacity, safeguarding, regulatory, financial, cultural and workload gates.

  • Every factual claim has a source and evidence grade.
  • Needs inferred from demographics are labelled indicated, not confirmed.
  • Recommendations show evidence, prerequisites, risk, measures and stop criteria.
  • Small survey groups are suppressed to protect anonymity.
  • Low-confidence findings remain visibly low-confidence.
EVIDENCE GRADE
AOfficial / large-scale evidence with suitable geography and period
BCredible evidence requiring broader geography or extrapolation
CSmall studies, case studies or qualitative evidence
DExpert practice without direct supporting data
HSystem hypothesis — must be tested
INTERACTIVE DEMO

Run a sample parish analysis

This public prototype uses synthetic results. It does not yet query live ABS/G-NAF data.

“

The goal is not to tell a parish what it must do. The goal is to help leaders see what the evidence makes possible — and what the church can actually carry.
